We ave upgraded from CARRIER's HAP 4.06 to HAP4.22 and we are finding the following problems
1) When we enter a floor area for SPACE PROPERTIES > FLOORS > FLOOR AREA we cannot get it to save and use the entered floor area. If we close the relevant windows, and then re-open them, they revert to an arbitrary number ((generally orig value/10)-0.3). The incorrect value also shows on the input reports.
2) The program keeps reverting to imperial measurements, and will not open with metric as default, even though previous versions did.
3) We have also experienced huge problems importing data from earlier versions and find it very unreliable.
Can anyone please help in this regard, as The suppliers just ignore our cries for help. Even direction to a site with a patch/Patches will help, and has anyone else experienced similair prob's??

Hi Jakalas,
I'm currently running the most recent version of HAP... or so I thought, HAP4.20a. I haven't had any of the problems you are describing.
I checked the download page and currently they still are showing the download for 4.20a.

If you don't have this patch, try it.
If that doesn't work try emailing the software support people:

Thanks for the help. Just out of interest, We have the version without the little "a" at the end, and our suppliers forgot to update us with that version. I have found out that the version prior to yours (the one we have) is fraught with problems. 字串2

The patch updates your program to the little "a". Your problems should go away after the patch.
