Can anyone recommend a consultant / company with expertise in performing a detailed wear analysis of a gearbox containing spiral bevel gears? The analysis has to be performed to AGMA 110.03 and includes a full inspection of contact patterns, polishing, tooth wear, surface fatigue, plastic flow, backlash, discoloration, etc. The gear box is used on a rotating antenna pedestal for the US Navy. Thanks for any leads you may provide.
